STEP 1 PREP & MEASURE
Gently remove the lashes from the tray and hold the lash up against your eyelid to measure to fit the natural length of lash line.
STEP 2 TRIM TO SIZE
Using scissors, trim the lash band to the size of your eyes. Always trim from the outer corner of the lash so style is maintained.
STEP 3 APPLY LASH ADHESIVE
Place a thin layer of your favourite lash glue on the band of the lash, add a little extra to the corners for extra hold. Let it dry for a few seconds, then apply the lash by placing the band on top of your natural lash line.
STEP 4 APPLY LASHES
Using a Lash Applicator/tweezers/your fingers, hold the lash gently and place on top, and as close to your natural lash line as possible, then secure corners.
STEP 5 LASTLY
Once the Lash Adhesive has dried, brush lashes upward using a brush/comb or mascara wand to ensure they are blended to perfection.
Repeat steps for the other eye and you are glam

Change of Mind
If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you've returned. Simply contact us within 14 days of your order delivery date. Please note the shipping cost for Change of Mind returns are paid by customer.

Faulty Item/Damaged on Arrival
If the item you have received is faulty, or received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible
